Back to basics.

Let's be honest I start from the point of view of a mug, was given nearly every weekend with my children, why the ex was meeting someone new, new she moved him into the old family house suddenly now I'm surplus, not with standing it's still my house. 😄. I'm not even bitter. More amused.

But hey when life give you lemons, made some lemonade right, between managing my staff, a year of lockdown and having said kids most weekends, TBH I was in the edge of sanity. When the kids where finally withheld at least I could start to focus, it sucked. But I needed the rest, as bad as that sounds.

First ventures out have been a 5k over 30 mins, PB of 19:45, shows more than anything what has taken place over the last two years. Anyway that's back to basics, let's see what happens. Remember, one day they will come to you.
