LONG DISTANCE DADS SPORTS CLUB

Not near, sometimes together

I knew the everyday cuddles was to be a short lived life, how long can you hang in for when no matter what happens you know happiness is not your place, every day was a blessing, but the bittersweet mixed with a ever on the rocks relationship never works.
After one last blowout argument and with heavy heart for my children I had to walk away for them more than anything.
The usual story follows, the kids become the war the old shared house the battle ground.  The demands, the endsless waiting for court days, because you fail to meet said demands.
A few accusations made, so time spent with the children paused, started, paused and started, and so it goes on.
I share your frustrations if you are reading this and you know what I'm talking about.  Trust the system, it may seemed biased, but it is there for the sake of all children not just ours.
Just remember keep calm, the waters will settle, no matter what happens and at the very worse, one day they will come to you.
yes it might be a few years away, but it will come.
Save your money, again. Defend your own stance, stand in court and say what you feel, yes you might get it wrong, but at least the words will be your own.
Just keep calm. Breath like 10 miles into a marathon, just find your zen. Remember one day they will come to you it's nature. It might take 26 miles of the 26.2 but you will cuddle again.
Keep loving them in the background.  Somehow, lace up them shoes, pump up them tyers.  Keep focus and for the love of your kids keep alive, for that day they come to you.
